Help - My Encore Readings

Hi Everyone,

I have a APAP C-flex and the Encore software. Below are my results for about a ten night period:

Pressure 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14
Min at Pressure 318 169 175 208 205 101 98 43 39 34 57
Ob Apnea Index 3 6 5 6 5 10 10 25 15 46 50
Hypop Index 5 9 10 6 6 4 2 6 2 0 0

Just in case the formatting doesn't come out, an example would be at a pressure of 6, there was 175 minutes total with 5 Ob Apneas and 10 Hypopneas.

What I don't understand is that my obstructive apneas go up at higher pressures (46 and 50 at pressure of 13 and 14 respectively). I have no hypopneas at those pressures. I think I may be unable to breath against the high pressures. My machine is set to range from 4 to 14. Anybody have any analysis on what's going on? Do I need a bipap?
