Can't Sleep

My hands and legs are aching when I try and go to sleep. I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and use a bipap machine. I have to literally get up every half hour and walk around the house because I hurt so bad. I don't fall asleep untill 5 am and it causing me to miss work. I wont be able to get into the neurologist for a month and my regular doc I will see in a couple days. What's wrong with me, need to sleep
