Eating before bed make apnea worse?

Posted by Captin Cannuck on September 26, 2007 at 16:05:09:

I had a *TERRIBLE* night last night. I woke up several times really struggling for breath. My night was much worse than usual. The only thing that I can think of is that I ate a meal before bed. I was just wondering if any of you notice anything when you eat before bed. Is you apnea more intense?
