Headache with Mirage Swift

I have been using the Breeze with nasal pillows together with a Respironics Autopap (pressure range 7 to 13) for about 1.5 years.
Have just purchased a Resmed Mirage Swift 2.
Problem now is I am waking up at about 4am with a huge headache and brain fog for the rest of the day.
This never happened with the Breeze.
I havn't changed humidifier or CPAP settings.
Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions ?
