Oximeter & weight gain

Posted by josephny on October 08, 2007 at 17:25:02:

Hi,

I've been using a Respironics M-series Auto Cflex for about 6 months now and monitoring with Encore Pro and Analyser.

I actually have 2 questions:

I'd like to know what my O2 levels are overnight. Is there a reasonably priced unit that will record with accuracy and short enough interval to provide good data?

I just read that OSA is thought to cause weight gain (or at least be an element of it). Can someone point me to more info on this?

Thanks very much,

Joseph
