How was the lower setting of 6 determined?
This may be your problem.
6 is low and will probably result in higher ahi.
Most recommend a setting of 3 below and 3 above the 95 pct pressure.
It seems that many docs set the pressure too low.
You can see this if you have the software to monitor your sleep values.
A setting this low will result in the machine increasing the pressure in response to an event.
If it is set ABOVE this pressure there will be less events to respond to and a lower ahi.
