Posted by lddude on October 10, 2007 at 04:49:17:I am 35 and have been on cpap for a few years now,but the past 3 or 4 months my throat down where my wind pipe comes up just above my chest cavity is always sore.My voice is always horse and I seem to have small lumps just under the skin.I have been check for cancer, came up negative.I have some more test yet to come, but the doctors have had no ans.Over the summer I went on vacation with some friends and one of them told me I sounded like I was snoring out of my throat.Could it just be so irritated that maybe I have a throat infection, causing sores or my lympnodes to swell? Has anyone had this problem? I live alone so I don't know if I do this alot.Would a chin strap be a simple solution?.Thanks for any comments.
