splints & congestion pains

having a low pain tolerance after septoplasty surgry on tuesday the 9th with splints in place , congestion and pain almost unbearable taking tylenolcodiene3 3 times day , seems like I have a cold or sinus infection , like rejection of the splints in my nose , some bleeding , lot of discomfort , using saline spray ,
does anyone have suggestions on help with the pain and congestion ?
