No one has answered your post for about a week and it's likely because your problems sound complicated and serious and it's likely something that doctors should handle. FF masks have a limited role in CPAP therapy. Yes they're on the market and being sold, but better to use a nasal mask and chin strap if you can make it work. FF masks have a tendency to leak since the seal area is larger than a nasal mask. If it leaks too much, it's no good and counter productive.

Please read into this post that I'm trying to be supportive and wish you better sleep and health. You need to make big changes because it doesn't sound like things are working out.

What exactly do you eat that is causing all these health and sleep problems? Yes, it can be that simple. Something that you're eating that you shouldn't be eating.

My suggestion to you is to get off the following food groups for a period of 90 days to make a recovery:

No beef, no dairy products (cheese, cow's milk, butter, cream, Ice Cream, etc. or foods made with) and no or little or no wheat or wheat flour or foods made of such. This would mean no bread too.

Go on a fruit and vegetable diet. Get rid of caffine beverages. Substitite cow's milk with soy milk. Oats are good. Eat mostly veggie and fruits. Eggs and fresh fried hashbrowns (no cheese) are great for a meal. Sweet potatoes are absolutely great for your health. Pour un-sweetened apple sauce over a microwaved sweet potato. Eat a lot of cooked rice and beans. Veggie soups should be a staple. Potatoes and broccoli every day if possible. Rice crackers or stawberries are good for snacks. If any meat other than fish, eat only small chuncks for flavoring. Take a multi vitamin everyday. Hard exercise three days a week for 1/2 hr.

Consider that serious sleep health problems lead to bankruptcy quite often.
