I have an ahi of 96, use a ResMed AutoSet Spirit. My minimum is 9, maximum is 16 or 17. I know that's a wider range than recommended, but it works for me. I have severe allergies and mild asthma and most of the year, a pressure of around 10-12 is sufficient, but then for a while, I seem to need pressures of 14 and above. I originally went to APAP instead of CPAP because three different titrations gave such wildly different pressures and I've been very happy with the auto.

You don't say what sort of problems you are having. Do you have the software so you can download data from your machine into the computer and monitor what is actually happening with your breathing every night?
