Lack of Sleep/Hormone Disruption

A study just published by the University of Michigan Center for Human Growth and Development links childhood obesity to sleep deprivation. Dr. Julie C. Lumeng, lead author of the report, stated her opinion that" a "hot area for future research" is the possible connection between sleep and fat metabolism."

Now, if anyone knows how to get the hormones back in balance after 20+ years of untreated sleep apnea and continuing sleep issues, please don't be shy about sharing . . . . . sigh. . . . .

What with age and pain issues, it feels overwhelming much of the time . . . .
