Dr. Julie C. Lumeng, lead author of the report, stated her opinion that" a "hot area for future research" is the possible connection between sleep and fat metabolism."

Now, if anyone knows how to get the hormones back in balance after 20+ years of untreated sleep apnea and continuing sleep issues, please don't be shy about sharing . . . . . sigh. . . . .
What with age and pain issues, it feels overwhelming much of the time . . . .
