I feel that I have as many issues with pain related sleep disruptions as with breathing trouble. Maybe my UARS causes me to notice the pain and discomfort more? My problem of late has been waking up too early, and although i usually fall back to sleep, I know I will be more sleep deprived the next day. My best remedy up to this point, other than taking pain medication, is to get some exercise during the day, take a warm bath, then sit in meditation for about 30 minutes. That combinaion seems to clear my airway and get me back to sleep quicker when I wake too early. This my not be much help, but it has helped me.
