I had (and sometimes still have) this problem. I posted about it years ago, and no one had much advice. A friend who is a nurse told me they see this in hospitals all the time with people on oxygen. She says any strap across your face can cause fluid build-up around your eyes. If you can wear your mask more loosely that would help -- and you probably can wear it looser than you think you can. If anyone has any new ideas, I'd still like to hear them, because my eyes are still often puffy.
