Sorry for being contrary, but I'd have to call your link just kid's stuff in the fight against poor sleep. Will this information benefit adults like us? Better to google 'truck drivers sleep apnea' to get clues to the causes of apnea. Poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress are the leading causes of sleep disturbances and the lifestyles that many in this profession lead. Why would it be that sleep apnea is found more in commercial truck drivers than in the general population?

Perhaps I'm not being friendly or fair in how I word this all, but all I want to do is point to the facts to help someone or anyone with a sleep disturbance. Perhaps a complete reversal of sleep apnea is impossible for most adults, but a person can lessen the severity of sleep apnea with proper diet and exercise. Starting back in the right direction is the only hope. Getting off of Beef, dairy, and most wheat or wheat flour products is the first step. Change over to a diet based on vegetables and fruits, specifically rice and beans. I've posted my detailed dietary suggestions on the forum within in the last two monts. It wouldn't be hard to page down, find my screen name, and look them up.
