Thanks for your reply. Frankly, I was stunned when I learned that my diagnosis was in the "very severe" range and then went on to read about the other problems that can arise from OSA (hypertension, CVD, stroke, etc). I will receive a RemStar Auto M with C-Flex tomorrow. Sleep Lab ordered a two day auto-titration test and will go from there. With a diagnosis like this I intend to be the best patient they every had. SB
