Thanks for your advice. I understand that the RemStar Auto M Series with C-Flex does lower the pressure when it senses you are about to exhale. Naively, I thought OSA was just about reducing snoring and getting a better night's sleep. I really wasn't mentally prepared for the "very severe" diagnosis and all the potential health hazards that go with the territory. SB
