I'm surprised you're still functioning with those stats. My AHI was higher, oxygen desat only dropped to 82% or thereabouts, and I was a total zombie, could not even walk across a supermarket parking lot without having to lean on the grocery cart.

I'm not sure there are "additional" problems with the higher AHI, just that all the problems associated with sleep apnea become much worse. Take care of yourself . . . . Life is a whole lot better when we get sufficient sleep.
