Thank you for your reply. I have felt totally "flat" for 5-6 years but thought it was depression. My MD treated the depression, but I still felt flat. I finally listened to my wife and did the PSG and 2 night of titration tests. I was shocked at the AHI/SaO2 numbers - especially after I learned you can die from this. The respiratory therapist told me that if I did not have OSA and had SaO2 of 72%, I would be put on oxygen.
