Why do you think the HME provider should not be charging your insurance company $2,700? Do you have any idea what Respironics is selling their BIPAPs for? Do you know that insurance company's set the reimbursement rate not the HME company's. Before you make accusatory accusations against an HME company for being morally wrong you should check your facts first! Get a clue!
