Our home's heater has a built-in humidifier so I think the air was getting humidified twice, if you will. I think you're right about relaxed breathing and have a hunch I was breathing too deeply at the higher pressures. I've readjusted the mask and am ready to try again. Determined to get acclimated and beat this thing
