The "rainout" is controllable. It happens when there is a difference in temperature between the air in your house and the air in the hose. Same thing as when your windows in your car fog up. You have to find a way to insulate or heat up the hose. You can get a tubing wrap that will do this. They cost about twenty bucks. There are devices called hose heaters which are made in Australia and available on the net. They are commercially made and cost about 100 bucks. They actually heat up the hose. In a pinch, you can try putting the hose through a winter jacket's slieves or under the blankets.
