New APAP

Just got the results of my latest sleep test. There was no delta wave sleep and 4% rem. Sleep efficiency was 42.8%. arousal index was 39.8 per hour.

I got a new APAP from the dr. Will try it for the first time tonight. I am a little worried because it starts at a lower pressure than I am use to and changes as needed. i have never used a ramp and this is very similar to ramping. I really liked my old machine but it was worn out.
