Increased Pressure to 18 cm

After one week on AutoPAP at 9-17 cm, the Sleep Lab looked at the SmartCard and informed me they are increasing the pressure to 18 cm. I understand the machine only goes up to a maximum of 20 cm. 18 seems very high - where is this headed?
