The test that is commonly relied on for BGL (blood glucose level), which many doctors use, is just an average over time, so you can be having big highs and lows and they will even each other out and it can look like your blood sugar is ok.Don't accept the results of that test at face value, can be quite inaccurate and deceptive. the only test that will really tell you what is happenning and how your body is handyour blood sugar levels is the three hour fasting glucose tolerance test with insulin. Once you've got that, you can inform yourself with the available literature. That's what I've done.Apologies for the repetition, remembered about that test after the last post.
