I read on this site about a year or so ago that people sometimes can get around this problem by taking a job at Starbuck's. This may sound like I am being flippant, but I do not mean to be. I have read a previous poster who said that Starbucks offers excellent medical benefits to its employees. Perhaps you could take a job with them, get the test, then quit after you get treatment.
