Sleep apnea is a serious health issue. CPAP doesn't just cover up the condition; it treats the problem by keeping the airway open. Giving someone false hope with this type of dietary advice is misleading. Some apnea cases improve with weight loss, and perhaps the diet you suggest would be conducive to losing weight. However, anyone who reads this forum regularly knows that many sleep apnea sufferers are very fit, athletic, young, otherwise healthy, and even skinny individuals. I would like to see the scientific study that corroborates your dietary suggestions.
