govt rebates in diff't countries

i am wondering about rebates from federal governments in different countries
I was wrong in a previous post to refer to a medicare rebate in australia. there is none at all. what we have is a system that state governments subsidise and it varies from state to state. My state will subsidise cpap at ahi of 40.
can people tell me what it is in diff't countries, i am about to start a group to press for medicare rebates here in australia
