Question is.....how does one sleep with a completely stuffed up nose? Answer, one usually doesn't, CPAP or no CPAP. Wear the CPAP when you have a cold. It has a way of pushing the air through a stuffy nose. If you can't sleep that way, you weren't going to be sleeping anyways. Good Luck.
