i found out the federal government supplies NO medical equipment, the 40 ahi is a local state govt health authority and as sydney is the most populated city, with the federal govt collecting the taxes and not returning them to the states for health care...really really bad. I didn't realize it was so bad here. I used to have private insurance, now I don't. guess I'll have to get it again.
