No, they are not tracking oxygen desaturation during the home auto titration. FYI, in my PSG the O2 desat was 72%, which I understand is very low.

It is my understanding that they are recommending increasing the pressure to 18 cm to get the RDI down to normal (ie <5).

After the PSG, I had two nights of in-hospital titration testing. The first night the max pressure reached was 9 cm, so they ordered a second round. The second night, they reached max of 14 cm, which was also insufficient. That's the point where they started me on the Auto M Series with A-Flex and ordered the home auto titration starting at 9-17 cm.

I think they are keeping it at 9-18 at present because they are still in the auto titration mode.

One of my notes for the follow up in two weeks is to ask them to move the minimum up to 14 cm. Even 12 cm makes me feel like I'm struggling to get a deep breath.
