My post was asking about government rebates in different countries and it was intended as a serious question. The cpap was invented by an Australian but the Australian government provides NO subsidy to the elderly or impoverished (or dying)for cpap machines or masks. This is not trivial, people ARE DYING in case you missed that reference and medical specialists to whom I have been speaking are unable to criticize the system they are a part of, because it provides their income. So facetious remarks don't answer the question and aren't gratefully received.
