I can't quarrel with healthy eating, but I still say, show me the science. All I see here is your personal opinion, and I don't think personal opinion has a place on this forum when it comes to advising people seeking relief from the very dangerous medical condition we call sleep apnea. Certain physical problems are routinely resolved through medical devices: glasses, contact lenses, pacemakers, oxygen, orhotics, CPAP machines, and so forth. I'm grateful for these devices. Until you can show me scientifically that the dietary changes you advocate are capable of producing physical changes to my airway that will eliminate or reduce the apnea, I'll remain entirely skeptical. Your recommendation to try dietary changes before apnea is dangerous and ill advised. Show me the science, please. Meanwhile, I think I'll cook up a nice steak.
