I wake up every night between 2:30 and 3:30, often with my heart pounding, etc. Every night! I'm sleepy during the day - I literally could take a nap every day after lunch - and we have to eat lunch at 11:00! So most of my day is spent yawning and propping my eyelids open. I, too, am trying the snack before bed and adjusting my insulin as well. I'm hoping I can find some answers. I'm tired of viewing the world through the back of my eyelids!
