85% isn't that bad; I fell to 55% during initial titration, and I am still living eight years later!

Being overweight can exacerbate OSA, but OSA can also cause you to put on weight. CPAP will break the cycle, but you may have to use it for a long time. The good news is that you'll probably feel better.
