Thanks stg. That's the stuff I wanted to know.

The reason I wanted to measure my own oxygen was so I wouldn't have to be re-titrated - I could just test myself whenever I wanted by not using the CPAP and testing my oxygen level.

Since I'm still needing the mask after losing 40 pounds, I guess I'll try to lose the rest and then ask the doctors to re-test me.

I'll look up the bird watcher diet. Thanks again
