I think one or the other of us is missing something here. I'm not following your logic at all. Are you trying to find out whether the apneas cease completely after losing weight? Have you thought about purchasing an autopap and monitoring your nightly data? A titration study just determines the pressure needed to stop all the apneas. Looking at your blood oxygen levels won't tell you whether the pressure can/should be higher or lower.
