The way to go is a combination of CPAP + weight loss. CPAP will give you the energy to hit the gym. Then you lose the weight. The two work together synergistically and in tandem.
If you want to lose weight, try a combination of weight resistance activities (weight training) plus aerobic activity (like jogging). Start out gradually. Even if you start walking for a few months, you can gradually increase tempo. Confucious said "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".
