I don't know Comfortlite, but if it's a nasal prong or nasal pillow, yes it should go inside your nostrils. So, there should be two air outlets (in addition to the vent hole), one fitting into each nostril -- if that's what you have. The old solution to water getting in your nose (rainout) is to put your CPAP lower than you head, next to the bed, so the water doesn't flow up the hose. Best wishes!
