OK - last day of the two week trial of the CPAP machine...

I can sleep OK with it now - although the mask still gives me a pressure bruise on the bridge of my nose - I've fixed that by using kids baindaids, they work well, and don't affect the seal at all.

I am still dog tired all the time - not sure if two weeks is enough of a trial.

My wife say I am still snoring like a truck, and stopping breathing as usual. She seems to think it's better than without it, but not by a lot.

I guess when I have my followup Sleep test (with the CPAP Machine) - I'll find out the difference.

My sleep test shows me having on average 70 apnea events per hour, Blood Oxygen drops to 72%.

But at this stage, I don't want to spend nearly $2000 on something which doesn't seem to do a lot.

Cheers,
Richard
