If you’re still snoring or you still stop breathing, your CPAP is not adjusted properly. This means either the prescription from the doctor is not correct for your condition, or that the machine is not set properly (or both).
It’s easiest to test the machine, so do that first. Check also for leaks anywhere in the system.
If your prescription is not correct, don’t necessarily blame the doctor or sleep lab. Based on a single night, this is probably the best they can do. Perhaps a retest will help in this case.
