APAP for UARS

Posted by dreams of sleep on January 07, 2008 at 11:07:50:

Does anyone know what's considered the best APAP on the market for Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome. I know a few years ago I heard good things about the Goodknight 418P and I know they have a newer one out now (the 420E I think). Is that supposed to be as good (or better)? I know it depends a lot on the person and their particular case, but it seems that some tend to be better than others. Thanks in advance for any responses!
