I've been using one for some 3-4 months now. I no longer wake with a stiff neck. I sleep mostly on my sides and use a Respironics Optilife nasal pillow mask. My only problem with the pillow, besides being very small on a king-sized bed, is that it's too small for a regular pillow slip and they do not offer an easily removed/replaced pillow slip.
