EPR and Sore Chest

Posted by swmom on January 21, 2008 at 06:03:14:

Hi -

In an effort to deal with the problem of getting air in my stomach while using an autopap with pressure range between 7-3, my doctor has switched the setting to cpap w/EPR function and pressure at 11. The data card from the autopap indicated that 95% of time, I was using a pressure of 10.6.

So - my question is this. Is it normal when first using the EPR to have some chest soreness?
