no rem with cpap

Posted by tallguy on January 21, 2008 at 08:30:40:

I had a sleep titration study done. It showed with cpap I had a reduced sleep effeceincy of 41% , no rem sleep at all, and ahi of 5. Without cpap i also had a very low rem and 15 ahi. I am dissapointed i thought that if the apneas went away i would have more efficient and better sleep. I dont take any prescription drugs right now. does anyone one else have experience with this i wonder if i have a nuerological problem i dont now about. thank you
