i have been trying to wear the cpap for the past 8 months with little success. I have only made it all the way through the night with it a few times. I have chronic sinuisitis which makes wearing it difficult also. I am worried because my efficiency is so low. My dr said if you dont get any rem it wont hurt you and then it will get better over time if you continue with the cpap. I am not sure about that. It does not make sense to me either. Do you know why my efficiency is so low. My apnea ahi score is only mild at 15. Thanks.
