Could it be sleep apnea? I think it could be. What age did you start snoring? I have had sleep apnea for over 26 years and been treated for it for the last 5 years. I was always tired and sluggish, I have no idea what the clicking noise is. Heart burn is a good sign of it. Through surgery that part is almost totally gone.

If you have insurance it is just an overnight stay at the hospital, would be well worth the overnight stay to find out.
