My comments to this subject and string of messages:

1. I have seen the movie 'SiCKO'. It is safe to watch but one needs to be wearing their thinking cap while watching it. Moore makes some relivant points yet is not a leader by nature. He is a film producer and very good at pointing out hypocrisy and creating a story by editing.

2. The subject of health care insurance is legitimate to this forum as it relates to apnea, but people will roil their arguments to push it out of scope and force the moderator to review keeping the post active, thereby waisting a lot of people's time and effort to post on a worthy topic.

3. Moore is barely brave enough to even remotely discuss the number 1 cause of the health care crisis in this country: Over eating/Obesity and Obesity related illness. On this subject, the movie 'Super Size Me' is much better and thought provoking.

4. The Moore movie fails to mention that many states offer guarenteed health insurance to those who are turned down because of pre-existing conditions such as apnea. You don't have to move to Canada or France.

5. If anyone is still with me on this line of thinking, you can improve your sleep and change your life for the better if you eliminate beef, dairy products, big pieces of meat of any kind, and foods made with wheat or wheat flour in your diet. Substituting with soy milk and soy products, and, mostly vegies and fruits makes all the difference in the world. Drink a lot more water. Take a multi vitamin every day and start a serious exercise routine.
