Good points. Better lifestyles choices surely would help the
situation. Smoking related deaths alone are a huge drain on the
medical field. Also, there are government programs for people
who don't have health care. In Washington, they cover kids now if
there parents aren't making enough to cover medical insurance.
They also have very low-cost day-care so the parent can work. If it
ain't broke...don't fix it.
