Most – if not all – the CPAP machines on the market today are very quiet. I can’t imagine any machine being noisier than your snoring! Your wife will be very pleased.

Masks are a personal thing, depending very much on individual factors. I have a beard and mustache also; I have not had to remove them. I’ve been on CPAP for 8½ years now.
