I have tried the ResMed nasal pillows and didn't have any luck and went back to the Ultra Mirage nasal mask. I spoke to my Dr and he told me that he hasn't got many patients that have had success with the nasal pillows it is one of those things that you have to try and if you are lucky and it works for you good luck.

I also use the RedMed Autoset Spirit CPAP machine and it is really quiet. The Autoset Spirit has been replaced and I can only guess and say that the new model would be quieter. If you talk to your Dr they should be able to suggest a suitable mask and machine for you.

I know that my Dr does everything possible for me and lends me masks to try in the hope that something else will work.

Good luck.
